This post is just to highlight an old project of mine that I’m still super proud of! For my senior thesis film at Loyola Marymount University, I collaborated with my good friend Luke Raymaker to create an animated short with Unreal Engine. This film was the first of its kind at my school, and I learned so much from the process. Our work in this project also solidified Luke and I as the top choice to receive the “Excellence in Animation” award from the LMU Animation Department.
Here’s the trailer if you want just a taste:
And here’s the full 7 minute film:
In addition to writing and directing this film, I was also in charge of:
- Developing a version-control compatible Sequencer pipeline
- Modeling all of the clothing for MetaHuman
- Simulating all cloth elements
- Face Animaiton (mocap and keyframe)
This project could not have been brought to life without so many talented collaborators. With the help of my team, I also made contributions to:
- Previs/Layout
- Prop Modeling
- Body Animation (mocap and keyframe)
- Rendering
Here’s a reel of my favorite shots that I animated:
And, I was lucky to show my film off to audiences from coast to coast!

Thanks to everyone who was involved in the making of this project <3
